OBJECTIVE
HK Auto Repair has been a very well known automotive repair shop in the Greater Los Angeles for the past 35 years. Starting this year, they set to expand their service into other parts of the auto industry, such as auto insurance and auto dealership.
Therefore, I helped to establish a new branding strategy that is versatile enough to easier transition HK Auto Repair into the market.
LOGO DESIGN
Different logo concepts were drawn to capture the essence of sophistication and durability.
LOGO MEANING
Within this finalized design, I incorporated the initial of HK Auto. The A is designed to resemble a road, which can symbolize different parts of the automotive industry, like roadside assistance and auto insurance.
BRAND ASSETS
After color palette, logo design and typefaces are set, I helped to redesign the company's business card and poster.
