OBJECTIVE 

LINKYO is a brand that offers aftermarket toner cartridges and other office supplies, and its mission is to become a solution provider. Not only do they strive to offer affordable alternative printing solution, they also aim to be a solution provider for customers when or if they ever encounter any issues.

So I was responsible of planning, copywriting and designing social media content that are designed to educate and assist customers on any questions they have on everything about printing.

VIDEO CONTENT  

From planning, screenwriting, shooting/animating and editing, I was responsible for creating variety of educational video content for LINKYO's social media platforms and its Amazon storefront page.

By doing so, not only does it help to educate customers about printing and troubleshoot issues they may encounter, it also helps to strengthen LINKYO's brand image as the expert in the printing solution industry. 

AUDIENCE ENGAGEMENT  

Aside from creating educational content to help customers better understand everything about printing, I also helped to develop a reward program to audience that are connected to our social media platforms - LINKYO Slash.

Every week, I would publish an engaging activity that allowed our audience to participate in returns of giveaways or jaw-dropping deals. Think of it as a "T-Mobile Tuesday" for our loyal fans.
